Cancellation Policy
Service Agreement Policy About Our Services At KW Self Portrait Studio, we provide a professional photography environment equipped with high-quality cameras, customizable backdrops, props, and lighting setups. Customers can control the camera via a provided tablet or remote. Digital Copies: All unedited digital photos taken during your session will be provided in a standard format (e.g., JPEG). No Camera Touching: Customers are not allowed to touch or adjust the camera. Camera settings and positioning are managed by our staff. Usage Rules: Customers must use provided controls responsibly. Misuse or negligence leading to damage will result in charges for repair or replacement. Responsibilities of Customers Handle studio equipment with care, including tablets, props, backdrops, and furniture. Follow the rules for camera usage and studio operations. Stay within your booked session time. Extra time will incur additional charges. Termination of Sessions We reserve the right to end a session without a refund if customers: Fail to follow studio rules. Behave in a way that endangers the safety of equipment, staff, or other customers. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Refunds for cancellations within the notice period are subject to review. No refunds for terminated sessions due to rule violations. Legal Information All services and agreements comply with Ontario law. Customers agree to be responsible for any damages caused by negligence during their session.
