CANCELLATION POLICY

SEEKER CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Here’s our cancellation policy for seekers:

  • Cancellation Timeframe: Seekers can cancel a booking without any penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee of [specific amount or percentage].

  • No-Show Policy: If a seeker does not show up for the scheduled service without prior cancellation, the full service fee will be charged.​

SPECIALIST CANCELLATION POLICY

We value the time of both our specialists and seekers. Here’s our cancellation policy for specialists:

  • Cancellation Timeframe: Specialists can cancel a booking without any penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may result in a penalty or reduced payment.

  • No-Show Policy: If a specialist does not show up for the scheduled service without prior cancellation, this may result in account suspension or other penalties.
