Cancellation Policy

KW Self Portrait Studio Service Agreement & Studio Policies About Our Services KW Self Portrait Studio offers a professional, self-serve photography experience. Our studio is equipped with high-quality cameras, professional lighting, customizable backdrops, and a variety of props. You will capture your own photos using a remote or timer, with live-view monitors to guide you throughout your session. Digital Files: All images taken during your session will be delivered as unedited digital files in JPEG format. ⏱️ Session Timing & Structure Each booking includes a 1-hour studio window, designed to allow time for arrival, setup, and your photo session. How Your Session Works: Arrive and get settled within your scheduled hour Choose props and learn the setup Your 30-minute photo session begins once you start taking photos Important Timing Policies Your session starts at your scheduled booking time, not your arrival time Late arrivals will result in reduced setup and/or shooting time Late Arrival Policy: If you are 15 minutes late, we will contact you to confirm if you are on your way Your session timer will automatically begin 20 minutes into your booking window, regardless of arrival All sessions must end with 10 minutes remaining in the hour to allow for wrap-up This means: Arriving late will reduce your total shooting time Full session time is not guaranteed if you arrive late Outfit Changes: Outfit changes are welcome within your session time All sessions begin wrapping up with 10 minutes remaining Camera & Equipment Policy To maintain quality and consistency: Do not touch or adjust the camera at any time Camera settings and positioning are managed by staff only Please ask for assistance if adjustments are needed Customers are responsible for: Treating all equipment with care (camera system, tablet, props, furniture, backdrops) Using all studio items as intended Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will result in repair or replacement charges. No-Show Policy If you do not arrive and cannot be reached, your session will be marked as a no-show No-shows are non-refundable Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your booking with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice Requests made within 24 hours are not guaranteed and may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund Same-day changes may be accommodated only if availability allows Session Termination Policy We reserve the right to end
